Orders are typically processed and shipped between 2-3 business.


Wonderelle offers International shipping.
Transit time for international shipments is 1 to 4 weeks on average. Please understand that Wonderelle is not responsible for any international customs regulations or duties that may apply.  Please confirm fees and regulations with your local customs office. 


We accept the following methods of payment: Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.


Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (though shipping costs are non-refundable). Used and/or final sale items cannot be returned.


We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 30 days of when the item(s) was received. Final sale items cannot be returned.
Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment; therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1 week from when we receive your return for it to be processed.
